Case erecting and robotic case packing

Case erecting forms a flat corrugated blank into an open case. Case packing then loads product into that case. They are separate machines and they are quoted separately. Soontrue lists both on its robot site, for food, daily-use products, household paper and other compatible goods.

Figures on this page are copied from the Soontrue pages linked below. They are manufacturer webpage claims, not a rate we guarantee on your product. Options discussed here are topics for the quotation, not a statement that every item is on the standard machine. Warranty terms are not stated on this site because Soontrue’s own pages do not agree.

TKX mechanical-arm case erectors

The table follows one source only: the Chinese product listing on soontruerobot.cn. The listing describes a mechanical-arm erector, simple to run and maintain, forming cases without damaging them.

The Chinese listing prints the rate under the heading 封箱速度 (sealing speed). It is shown here as the published pcs/min figure, not relabeled as a guaranteed erecting speed. Soontrue’s English machinery page prints different case sizes, speeds, power and dimensions for TKXS-400 and TKXM-500, and that English table does not include TKXL-650. The two versions are not merged. Another listing, KXS-400, is a different model with different numbers and is not shown. Confirm the machine generation before layout or purchase.

Load
25 kg
Total power
3 kW
Machine net weight
150 kg
Maximum robot travel
1,680 mm

The listing also prints a cycle figure under a per-minute heading. The unit is not defined, so that figure is left off this page. Confirm whether the 25 kg load includes the gripper, and what the 1,680 mm travel measures. The 150 kg figure is the published machine net weight, not a claim about a complete integrated cell.

What we need to discuss

  • Case drawing, board grade and whether the case is RSC or another style.
  • Product size, weight, pack strength and the loading pattern.
  • Gripper style, conveyors, and the handoff to sealing and palletizing.

Questions we hear

Can erecting and packing be quoted together?

Yes, as a scope. Share the full process and a layout sketch so the two machines are matched rather than sold as one anonymous cell.

What does the gripper need?

Product dimensions, weight, pack strength, surface and the pattern inside the case.

Are the listed rates guaranteed for our case?

No. Case quality, size, product handling and the rest of the line change the rate you can hold. The agreed rate belongs in the technical confirmation.
