Case erecting
A flat blank is pulled, opened and formed. The TKX listing is the specification set we publish for this step.
TKX case erectorsEnd of line
Soontrue’s robot site describes a modular end-of-line sequence: erect the case, pack it, seal it, then palletize. Stations share signals so a gap upstream or a full pallet downstream can slow the line. You do not have to buy every station at once. A factory can start with erecting and palletizing and add packing and sealing later. Primary machines, such as a flow wrapper, pouch machine, vertical bagger or cartoner, can feed this sequence. They are quoted on their own pages.

Product is placed in the formed case. WB-20 is the collaborative workstation on the same listing. Its cycle figure is omitted because the unit is unclear.
WB-20 case packing3 · Seal
The filled case is closed. Soontrue lists automatic case sealers as their own category and describes top sealing in its end-of-line article. No sealer model or speed is published on this page, because a single verified rating was not settled.

Closed cases are stacked to a pattern. WP-30 and WP-50XL are the reference robots, with the wider WP family on the palletizing page.
